Guests must register upon arrival and obtain a guest pass or pay a guest fee. Guests will receive a car tag at the store prior to going to the camper’s site. A guest’s car should be parked and locked in the designated guest parking areas. Unregistered guests will be asked to leave.

Do you have quiet hours in the campground?2016-04-11T15:36:49-04:00

Yes, our quiet hours are 11pm until 7am. We request that outside radios and television sets be turned down by 10pm.

Do you require a deposit to make a reservation?2018-09-01T14:13:04-04:00

Yes, we do require a deposit to confirm your reservation.  This deposit will be equal to a one night stay, and rental camper deposits are 50%.

What is your cancellation policy?2018-09-01T08:17:04-04:00

We do require a seven days notice to receive a full refund. Within seven days, the deposit is placed into a Guest Account you can use for a future stay with us for up to a year. There is no other cancellation fee.

Yes, we do rent the pavilion for many different events. Please call 603-586-7151 for pricing and more information.

We do our best to accommodate all guests with site requests. We cannot guarantee a specific site at this time.

Check out is 11am the morning of your departure.

Check in is after 3pm for both our rental campers and motel. As for campground, check in is 12pm. We do ask that if you will be arriving after 7pm that you give us a call. We will continue to hold your site and make sure someone is available to help you check in.

We do not have any fully wooded sites. There are plenty of trees located around our campground and the scenery is spectacular!

We offer two heated pools, a playground, centrally located bathroom, laundry facilities, game room, a picnic pavilion, a camp store, a food truck, and nightly activities for families to enjoy.

How many vehicles are we allowed to have on our site?2016-04-11T15:33:43-04:00

We ask that you only have one vehicle parked at your site in our campground.

How many people am I allowed to have on my site?2018-09-01T08:44:38-04:00

We ask that only a typical family size be staying on your site. If you have further questions please call us at 603-586-7151.

Do you allow pets?2021-01-12T15:20:05-05:00

We allow pets in the campground at the resort. Pets are not permitted in the pools or pool areas, playgrounds, or inside any building. Do not leave a dog unattended on your site or in your camping equipment. All pet owners are expected to clean up after their pets at all times and in all locations. Sorry, pets are not allowed in our motel or our rental campers.

We offer a military discount of ten percent when staying at the motel or campground. We also offer a promotion: stay six nights and get the seventh night free! Sorry, we do not offer a Good Sam discount or a AAA discount.

Do you offer a package deal or discount tickets for Santa’s Village?2021-01-12T15:24:04-05:00

Due to COVID-19, Santa’s Village is requiring advanced ticket purchases for all guests.  Unfortunately we are not able to provide packages at this time.
